The Observatory for Women’s Equity (OEM), the Communication Department from ICESI University, and the Alvaralice Foundation will design and implement a workshop for community-based organizations located in Cali, in order to strengthen their knowledge and best practices on gender issues. The material used for the training will be digitally available for the use of other organizations that wish to develop awareness and best practices on gender equality.
