Rumbo Joven (Youth on Course) has gained a new ally, thanks to the PriceSmart Foundation, which has committed to a two-year grant. This collaboration will permit us to widen the program’s scope and develop new tools and resources for participants by providing an effective program to strengthen their life projects and face job market challenges.
Thanks to this support Rumbo Joven (Youth on Course) will continue training in the Jamundà municipality, allowing more youth the opportunity for formal employment. This effort seeks to reduce the youth employment gap, providing both jobs and a solid personal development platform.
The initiative is a clear example of how alliances among social organizations and private enterprise can generate a positive community impact, especially in areas in which youth employment has become an increasingly serious challenge. With this support, Rumbo Joven (Youth on Course) consolidates itself as a key program for building more inclusive futures for youth in the region.
