The Club Campestre Foundation of Cali and the Center for Education and Research for Urban and Rural Community Development (CEDECUR) joined the civic award For a Better City, in order to accompany and support the activities and objectives of the program.
In 2019 and 2020, the 10th chapter of the Award will take place in Cali, and will identify, showcase and reward outstanding grassroots organizations that are working to improve their communities.
This program has been possible thanks to the support and commitment of organizations from the private and public sector including foundations, international organizations, educational institutions and the media
The civic award For a Better City has demonstrated that these type of community organizations can be very effective strengthening and engaging the active participation of the community, positively impacting their quality of life.

- The Club Campestre Foundation of Cali was created in 2002 to improve the living conditions of its beneficiaries and surrounding communities. The Foundation carries out projects that improve their quality of life, their development and the protection of the environment.
- CEDECUR is an NGO that works closely with the various local actors and interest groups promoting social, artistic, cultural, economic, environmental, agricultural and income generation programs and projects. It’s main objective is to fulfill the mission of contributing to the equitable development of Colombian society.
