Experiencing the functions and responsibilities of the workplace are part of the occupational training process (or in Spanish Proceso Formativo Ocupacional, PFO) that in turn is part of our employability program “Rumbo Joven”. The idea of PFO is to enable the students to observe and experience the work environment and clear doubts in the process.
