Through its annual report on life in the city, the “Cali, How Are We Doing?” program follows the evolution of quality of life in the city, using an index of technical indicators in eleven specific areas. These are: education, health, public utilities, housing, public spaces, mobility, environment, security, public finances, economic development, equality and poverty.
In addition, it monitors programs, projects and actions carried out by the Municipal Administration to im- prove the well-being of Cali’s population in these aspects, in compliance with its plan for Municipal Development.
