This event started in 2013 and has positioned itself as the most important platform for the music industry in southwestern Colombia. This event was organized and financed by The Tecnocentro Cultural Somos Pac\u00edfico, The Sociedad Portuaria Foudation of Buenaventura and the Santiago de Cali Cultural Office, with the support of the program for the Reconciliation of the United States Agency for International Development USAID.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>286 artists appeared before 23 national and international buyers.
