[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]During the months of January and February, the employability program “Rumbo Joven” of the AlvarAlice Foundation concluded its admission process and began classes at the Tecnocentro Cultural Somos Pac\u00edfico and at the Community Development Center San Francisco de As\u00eds of the San Buenaventura University.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the “Rumbo Joven” program is to reduce unemployment amongst Cali\u00b4s vulnerable youth. This is achieved by training and supporting them in their life project in order for them to enter the work-force in regional businesses. There are 125 youths who will begin their training process during the next five months.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy to add that this program is made possible thanks to our partnerships with donors such as USAID<\/a>, ACDI\/VOCA<\/a>, the\u00a0Corona\u00a0Foundation<\/a>, Limmat Stiftung<\/a>, the\u00a0Tinker Foundation<\/a>\u00a0and more recently with Empower Foundation<\/a> who will sponsor a group in the Silo\u00e9 neighborhood.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
