During the event, the graduates of the program shared their CVs and had the opportunity to interview with nine companies that currently have job openings in Cali.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately ninety individuals from our employability program participated in the event. In this occasion, fifty youths and adults were chosen to attend various selection processes with different companies.<\/p>\n<p>This job fair provides our program participants an opportunity to gain useful tools for the job market, as well as to improve their living conditions through income generation.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alvaralice.org\/en\/\"> Alvaralice Foundation<\/a> will continue to build alliances to help reduce unemployment rates in Cali.<\/p>\n<p>Last Wednesday, December 11th, the graduation ceremony took place at the Cultural Auditorium of Comfandi, with 202 graduates of the second cohort of the program.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The second job fair, \u201cCali Progresa con Empleo,\u201d\u00a0was held on November 13th.
