During the program\u2019s ten years of existence, it has maintained an employment rate of 60% (employed graduates\/total program graduates).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to opening doors to formal employment, the program has promoted personal and vocational development, propelling participants to achieve their goals and contribute to Cali\u2019s economic and social development in a positive manner. &nbsp;&nbsp;In surroundings in which access to employment is fundamental for individual and collective wellbeing, the youth employment program has shown itself to be a tool for change and progress in the lives of participants residing in the city\u2019s vulnerable areas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Since its beginning in 2014, Rumbo Joven (Youth on Course) has provided alternatives for numerous young people seeking formal employment.&nbsp; The program uses a methodology that provides the necessary tools and skills for success in the job market.
