The first ‘Cali Progresses with Jobs – Social Impact Bond II’ program’s job fair was held on October 10th at Comfandi la Base.
During the event, graduates of the program’s first cohort had the opportunity to share their resumes and interview with some of the city’s businesses that had employment positions available.
This job fair, organized by Alvaralice Foundation’s ‘Cali Progresses with Jobs’ team, was the culmination of a week of learning and preparation to help increase the participant’s employability opportunities. The fair also featured several workshops intended to strengthen and consolidate the learning acquired throughout the training program.
Companies such as Coordinadora, Brillantex, Listos, Sandwich Qbano, JGB, Ocupar, Sodexo, Nexa BPO, Salamanca and OSYA participated in the event. More than 70 program graduates applied to 228 positions offered by the 10 companies in attendance.
