Our flagship employment program for young people, Rumbo Joven, has started lessons with a new cohort for the period 2020-2022. Seventy-five young adults, between 18 and 30 years old, from two of Cali´s most deprived areas have enrolled in the program for this semester. Most of the program´s activities will start off using virtual technologies, allowing participants to take their courses from home. Rumbo Joven aims to strengthen the socio-emotional and occupational skills of vulnerable young people, in addition to refining their job search skills, as well as developing their life projects. The training program will last four months.
