Because of growing social unrest in the City of Cali, the Propacifico foundation leads a collective impact initiative called Commitment to Valle. The Alvaralice Foundation was one of the founding members and is implementing four projects in the areas of employment, leadership, and life transformation projects. The Foundation also expands its radius of action to the cities of Buenaventura and Palmira with Opening Pathways programs.
